Dear Hynafol members and newcomers, join us for The Reverdie Ball, a dark fae evening of immersive storytelling and interactive quests. Step into a captivating narrative, mingling with enigmatic characters to unravel secrets in a night of mystery and connection. The enchanted atmosphere will pulse with live bands and medieval dance lessons, inviting all to revel in the magic.
Indulge in an open bar with elixirs to suit every taste and savor delectable hors d’oeuvres that enhance the fae aesthetic. The music will enchant, while dance lessons ensure everyone can join the courtly revelry with ease. Every detail, from flickering lanterns to ethereal decor, crafts an unforgettable experience.

Imagine this: you land in Austin, swept into a fae-worthy manor by private car. Greeted by candlelight, music, and a feast. You don’t worry about Uber. You don’t worry about hotels. You’re a guest of the court. All weekend long.
- First, you’ll arrive at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and be ready for pickup by 8p.m. Our staff will coordinate with you and the other guests for multiple pickup times. Second, you’ll be whisked off to your lodging for the weekend: A sprawling 10 bedroom home in Downtown Austin. You’ll be greeted by your hosts: Adam (one of the owners of Hynafol) and Bella (a professional chef) who will be on hand to make your stay magical! Friday evening around 9p.m. Bella will prepare a delectable dinner with the other Royal Treatment Members and Hynafol Staff. Enjoy incredible bites while you socialize and talk about the festivities the next day. Saturday morning both a brunch and an early dinner will be served before departure time for the Ball. The rest of the day is yours to relax, prepare for the Ball or get out and enjoy downtown Austin as you’ll be just minutes from all that the city has to offer. Transportation will be provided to the Ball as you depart around 6p.m. Early access to Royal Treatment Members begins at 6:30p.m. You’ll then enjoy everything that the Royal Treatment offers while at the Reverdie Ball! At the end of the evening transportation will be provided at the conclusion of the event at 2:00a.m. Sunday Morning you’ll be greeted with a late breakfast before departing at 11:00a.m. for the Austin Airport!

What is the required attire for The Reverdie Ball?
Guests are encouraged to wear medieval or fantasy-themed attire. Modern clothing, weapons and armor are forbidden.

What attire is not allowed?
Besides modern clothing: armor, foam weapons, etc. This is not a battle. You should come dressed to party and dance; not battle.

Yes, there will be live music to add to the atmosphere of the evening.
Are there lodging options available nearby?
Yes, the event location is in Downtown Austin, Texas. There many local hotels very near the event location.
What meals are included with my ticket?
All tickets include complimentary hors d’oeuvre selections. Think small bites, charcuterie, cheeses, veggies and small desserts. Vegan and Gluten Free selections will be available. VIP+Lodging package offers additional meal services throughout the weekend.
What beverages will be available at the event?
A variety of themed beverages, including beer, wine, mead, spirits, and non-alcoholic options, will be available throughout the event included in each ticket. Served by TABC Certified Staff to ensure over-service never happens!
Will there be vegan, vegetarian food?
The food provided is “light snacks” – think appetizers / hors d’ourves and there will be vegan and vegetarian options.
The ticket price is higher than normal Hynafol events – why?
This is a much different experience: we are renting a large and expansive venue, there is live music, food, a bartender, decorations, staff and other logistics. This is shaping up to be an amazing evening and we hope you’ll join us despite the price increase.
Are all of the rooms private?
Yes! Each All-Inclusive Package comes with a private room with a King or Queen sized bed. Room assignments are done on first come first served.
What do the rooms look like?
Do the rooms have private bathrooms?
Three of the six available rooms have en-suite bathrooms. However, there are eight total bathrooms in the location making getting ready and having private bathroom time very easy.
Is there parking at the home?
Yes, there is parking available in the home’s driveway and on the street. All is free parking.
Can I do the package alone or does there have to be two people?
You may do the package alone! However, the price will remain the same.

What is the menu for the All-Inclusive Package?
The Meals that are included with this package are:

Our Team will send out a questionnaire the week before the event to gage dietary restrictions and menu options for the All-Inclusive ticket holders. These factors will be combined to form the menu for the weekend. No matter your dietary restrictions, you will be served four delicious meals!
How will transportation be arranged?
Two pickup times on Friday will be established. These will be in the late afternoon / early evening depending on flight arrival times.
Transportation to the ball will be arranged in two trips one leaving around 6:00p.m. and one leaving around 6:15p.m.
Transportation after the ball ends will be arranged in a similar fashion. One trip leaving around 1:30a.m. and one leaving around 2:00a.m. at the conclusion of the ball.
Return airport transportation will be arranged for approximately 10a.m. on Sunday and one at 11a.m. on Sunday at checkout time.
If you wish to drive and not use the transportation you are more than welcome. The price shall remain the same.
Will there be vegan, vegetarian food?
Yes, that will not be a problem for our chef.
