Key Dates & Gate Hours

Gate Hours (No late arrivals after gate close):
– Move‑In (Sat, Nov 8): 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (setup only; no overnight)
– Early Arrival (Mon, Nov 10): 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (requires Early Arrival pass; $50 + taxes/fees)
– Event Days (Tue–Sun, Nov 11–16): 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Vehicle removal deadlines: Village by 4:00 p.m.; Campground by 5:00 p.m.

Which Gate Do I Use?

Addresses:
– FRONT GATE (Check‑in, Village/Immersive/Guild/Castle): 1883 Old Hwy 20, McDade, TX 78650
– CAMPING GATE (Modern & Campground Decorum, RVs): 3106 US Hwy 290 E, Paige, TX 78659

Arrival Steps (by Ticket/Package)

• All attendees register at the FRONT GATE with a SeeTickets QR code or photo ID to receive: wristband, citizen card, Hynafol currency, and welcome packet.
• Castle Package: Check in at Front Gate for keys, then drive around to the Castle to unload. Return your car to the main lot immediately after unloading.
• Village (Immersive/Guild/Decorum Village): Drive on roads only; do not park/drive on grass. Unload quickly and move vehicle to parking.
• Campground (Modern or Decorum): Drive to your spot, unload, then move your vehicle to parking. Follow posted maps and drive slowly.
• RVs: Park in the RV area pads; no hookups. Quiet generators only with sound‑dampener; staff may require shut‑off if disruptive.

Airport Shuttle

Airport Shuttle (Austin–Bergstrom International Airport ↔ Sherwood Forest Faire)
– Monday, Nov 10: 10:00 a.m. (Grand Guild Package only)
– Monday, Nov 10: 4:00 p.m. (Grand Guild Package only)
– Tuesday, Nov 11: 9:00 a.m. (All other attendees)
– Return: Sunday, Nov 16: Departs site at 12:00 p.m.

Food & Drinks on Day One

• Main vendor: Silk Road Rest Stop (see full menu in the Overall Logistics document, Appendix A).
• Bar Service: 5:00 p.m. – Midnight.
• Coffee and late‑night food: To be announced (check on‑site signage and the live schedule).
