Thanks for an amazing week! Use this checklist to exit safely and efficiently.

Load‑Out Windows & Vehicle Access

• Keep lanes clear; coordinate within your camp to avoid blocking others.
• Village: Vehicles must be out by 4:00 p.m. when vehicles are permitted in the village.
• Campground: Vehicles must be out by 5:00 p.m.
• Never drive or park on grass inside the Village.

Pack‑Out Checklist

• Police your area: remove all trash; leave no trace.
• Ash & coals: cool fully before disposal; never dump hot ash in dumpsters.
• Greywater: dispose per posted guidance; do not pour in public areas or on pathways.
• Return any Hynafol‑provided items per your package instructions. Castle keys: return at Front Gate.
• Double check tents, remove anything tied to ropes / walls, and walk the area for stray items.
• Lost & Found: at the Front Gate; found items are displayed on a table outside.

Shuttle Back to AUS

• Sunday, Nov 16: Shuttle departs site at 12:00 p.m. Arrive 15–30 minutes early to stage bags.
• If you miss the shuttle, arrange a rideshare/taxi to Austin-Bergstrom (AUS).

After You Leave

• Join the Discord for Lost & Found follow‑ups and photo sharing.
• Complete any post‑event surveys sent to your email.
• Hydrate, stretch, and rest—see you next year!
